Bayou Automotive wants to take this opportunity to thank you for being a part of our family of customers, friends and neighbors. We'd like to share some of the actions we are taking in order to ensure the health and safety of our staff and customers during to this difficult time due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

In order to help reduce the spread of the coronavirus, both Bayou Ford and Bayou Nissan have been treated by DIS.IN.FX, which means our stores are free of 99.999% of all microbials. The DIS.IN.FX Treatment Process combines fogging and misting technologies that treated both facilities with a proprietary blend of high-powered disinfectants. Both Bayou Ford and Bayou Nissan are Certified™ by DIS.IN.FX. We have trained our staff in all departments on social distance practices and are regularly cleaning and disinfecting surfaces throughout dealerships. We are also wiping down and disinfecting all vehicles between team member and customer interactions.

We are making every effort to ensure the safest purchase and/or service experience possible. If you prefer to shop and purchase from home, both dealerships are offering a streamlined online purchasing platform and our free Bayou2U Vehicle Delivery Service. We also have a mobile service van and dedicated service drivers to pick-up & deliver your vehicle for any service and maintenance repairs.
